- Extra stops within the zone will be charged $10.00 per stop.
- 20% driver gratuity is added to the total trip cost.
- We grant a 30 minute grace period for airport arrivals. All other pick-ups receive a 15-minute grace period.
- Pick-up and drop-offs scheduled between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM are subjected to $10.00 service charge.
- No-show reservations will be charged the full trip cost plus 20% service fee. If the customer has problem locating the sedan, s/he should call customer service to avoid being billed for no-show.
- Customer must cancel the reservation two hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time in order to avoid full fare cost plus 20%.
- There will be an additional charge of $10.00 for the driver to meet the customer at the baggage claim area. There is no charge for curbside pickup.
- Customers are encouraged to call EFES customer service upon arrival. Driver will pick up the passenger at the curbside carrying the name sign.
- Trips of 45 miles outside of Washington DC metro area are charged at the rate of $2.50 per mile (minimum of $100.00).
- Surcharges may be applied in case of increase in gasoline price or inclement weather.
